Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased from Your Next Chapter, operated by Sophia Husbands.

Digital products and change of mind

No One To Go With? is a digital product supplied for immediate access following successful payment.

Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to:

• expressly consent to receiving the digital workbook immediately; and
• acknowledge that once access or download begins, you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel.

Once supply of the digital content has begun following that consent and acknowledgement, we do not normally provide a refund simply because you have changed your mind.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights.

If the digital content is faulty, not as described or does not function as it reasonably should, please contact us at: sophia@sophiaworld.co.uk

We will investigate the problem and provide any remedy required by applicable consumer law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may involve repairing or replacing the digital content or providing an appropriate price reduction or refund where required.

Problems accessing your workbook

If your payment was successful but you cannot access or download your workbook, please contact: sophia@sophiaworld.co.uk

Please provide the email address used to make the purchase.

We will first try to restore access or provide the digital product you purchased.

A temporary technical access problem does not automatically mean that a refund is due where we can provide the purchased digital content within a reasonable time.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same order or have been charged incorrectly, contact: sophia@sophiaworld.co.uk

Include the email address used at checkout and enough information for us to identify the transaction.

If an incorrect or duplicate charge is confirmed, we will arrange the appropriate correction or refund.

Promotional purchases

Your statutory rights are the same whether you purchased the workbook at the standard price or used a valid promotional code such as SOLO19.
