These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases of digital products from Your Next Chapter, operated by Sophia Husbands, a sole trader.

By purchasing a product from this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About the product

No One To Go With? is a digital, interactive workbook designed to help you explore how solo travel might feel for you through small real-world experiments and reflection.

The workbook is intended as an educational and personal-development resource. It is not a travel booking service, destination guide, medical or psychological advice, professional safety advice, or a guarantee that solo travel will be suitable for you.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, travel arrangements, personal safety, insurance, bookings and activities.

2. Format and compatibility

The workbook is supplied as a digital PDF with fillable areas.

You can type into the fillable areas using compatible PDF software or print pages to complete them by hand.

Functionality may vary depending on the device, browser or PDF application you use. We recommend saving the workbook to your device and opening it in a PDF reader that supports interactive form fields.

3. Price and payment

The standard price of No One To Go With? is £27 GBP, unless a valid promotional offer or discount code is applied at checkout.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Your complete payment-card details are processed by Stripe and are not directly stored by Your Next Chapter.

Your order is complete once payment has been successfully authorised.

4. Digital delivery

This is a digital product intended to be supplied immediately following successful payment.

Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to expressly agree to receiving the digital content immediately and acknowledge that once access or download begins, you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel.

If you do not provide this agreement and acknowledgement, immediate access to the workbook cannot be supplied.

Following successful payment, you will be taken to a secure page where you can access your workbook.

5. Cancellation rights for digital content

Consumers purchasing at a distance normally have cancellation rights.

However, where you have expressly requested that supply of the digital content begins immediately and acknowledged that this means losing your cancellation right, your 14-day cancellation right ends once supply of the digital content begins.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the standards required by law.

6. Personal-use licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the workbook for your own personal use.

You may:

• save copies to your own devices;
• type into the workbook for your own use; and
• print pages for your own use.

You may not, without written permission:

• reproduce or distribute the workbook to other people;
• share the purchased file or download access;
• upload it to file-sharing sites or other platforms;
• resell it;
• publish substantial parts of it; or
• use it as part of another commercial product or service.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the workbook, exercises, written material, design and associated materials are owned by or licensed to Sophia Husbands / Your Next Chapter and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Purchasing the workbook does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you.

8. Problems accessing the workbook

We aim to make the workbook available immediately after successful payment.

If your payment has been successful but a genuine technical problem prevents you from accessing the workbook, please contact: sophia@sophiaworld.co.uk

Please include the email address used for your purchase so that we can investigate.

9. Faulty digital content

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

If the digital content is faulty, not as described or does not function as it reasonably should, please contact us.

Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, an appropriate remedy may include repair or replacement of the digital content or, where required by law, a price reduction or refund.

10. Responsibility for your decisions

The workbook is designed to help you explore your own preferences through reflection and small experiments.

Any decisions you make about travel, accommodation, transport, activities, personal safety or other matters remain your responsibility.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so or removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

The terms applying to your purchase are those made available when you place your order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
